Thanks to everyone who has tried the previous betas out and sent feedback. A number of issues have been uncovered and addressed. Here is a new beta that expires on July 31st—giving you another month to test—and fixes window flicker in MediaMonkey, some dialog errors, playback errors and shutdown errors.

Again, let me know right away—by posting a comment here or sending me an email—if you should run into any unexpected behavior. Also, when doing so, please let me know which player you are using, what type of audio media you are playing and any other detail you think may help me track down the problem.
I made excellent progress on the plug-in in the last two days. All of the little nagging problems have been cleaned up and I have created a time-limited beta version for you to try out. See my previous posting for a list of new features. As far as I know, everything should be functional, so please let me know right away if anything doesn't work or if you get unexpected error messages.

I have included minimal instructions on how to install for Winamp and XMPlay. And the Winamp instructions apply to Media Monkey as well. Configuration should work as with 2.x except for the addition of the ability to statically configure devices. To add, edit or remove a device, right-click on it in the options dialog, as seen in the screenshot below. You cannot edit devices that were discovered with Bonjour.
