Remote Speakers Output Plug-In 4.6

Fixed connect dialog flicker using more universal method for hiding the dialog for the first 1.5 seconds
Fixed playback to local speakers software when network interface is down; generating a DACP ID will not query the DNS for the local hostname
Set default for "Allow player to be controlled by remote speakers" to "yes"; devices with an independent volume setting send their volume through DACP
Added support for Foobar2000 console
Added tolerance for the DNS-SD service being or going down
Fixed small memory leak in RTSP client
Improved debug output for integer exceptions
Improved mapping of player volume slider to decibels (take 2)
Improved support for Denon, Marantz, Pioneer, Sony, and Yamaha A/V receivers
Improved COM error handling to include description in addition to error code
Updated README file with notes regarding MediaMonkey portable and UltraMon
